Dr. Astrid is a Level III Gottman Certified therapist, having completed the full course in Sidney, Australia, and Singapore between 2018 and 2019 as one of the few Clinical Psychologists in the region with this certification.
The Gottman Institute, a renowned research center specializing in couples, is known worldwide for its groundbreakings, such as a divorce predictor with over 90% accuracy and the best seller ''7 Principles to Make Marriage Work''. Dr. Astrid is also trained in the workshop of the same name from the Gottman Institute.
